      - good name - work can be interesting sometimes - good IT online training material and training sessions

      Cons

      - do not feel IT is being recognized by the bank or the business side (2nd/3rd class citizens) - software used is pretty outdated - maybe because of the regulations coming down now, there are now so many processes/procedures that take up a lot of our time - can get political sometimes - steps for promotion are not clear

      Great team good leadership i think the job we do is enjoyable and rewarding decent wage good progression what i do matters likeminded individuals

      Cons

      some clients - very few - think because they have money they can treat you like dirt - but this is very very few and you just get on with the job.
