Pros

Good coworkers, nice benefit options

Cons

Corporate culture is not supportive although they love to claim it is. No real communication about state of the company and the future. Everyone is nervous about their positions. Everyone is feeling the pressure of an unstable environment. People are leaving in large numbers without backfill, forcing teammates to absorb more workload with no extra compensation. Little to no work-life balance because you are so overworked. No opportunity for growth. No trust in management. No transparency.

Pros

Big name. Benefits. Working with hospitals

Cons

Painfully bureaucratic and political Slow Cost cutting ALL the time CEO is an egocentric jerk who only knows how to cut cost. Does not listen to anyone. Thinks he k ow everything. The guy is repulsive and his leadership team are just puppets to do what he says for the money.

Pros

Working for a fortune 500 company solely for saying you work for the company. Health insurance is decent and 4 weeks of PTO is nice. Working from home 2-3 days a week is also nice.

Cons

If you don't put a limit on your work load, they will just pile it out and not care how burnt out the employee is. There's not enough recognition for the work you do and will scrutinize everything you do incorrectly. Severely under paid for the current economy while upper management continues to get their bonuses and raises.
