      Pros

      People are very friendly and always ready to help. Almost all engineers are very capable and you can learn a lot from them. Give work that it actually important. Take good care of interns and involve them in all company activities.

      Cons

      Pay is not the best but acceptable since everything is cheap in Elyria. Very little to do around Elyria. Everything is a little far out.

      Pros

      Great group of people in the purchasing department. Everyone was always willing to work together and help each other out when needed.

      Cons

      The purchasing department seemed separated from the rest of the plant. Aside from having a separate office out on the floor, it also seemed like there wasn't a whole lot of outside interaction
