      Pros

      I appreciated the benefits this company offered employees even though I wasn't able to take full advantage of them. The company has an impressive health and wellness and corporate responsibility programs that allow employees to participate in activities to improve personal and professional relationships. They offered development programs for engineers and managers in the company. The Elyria site has an on site cafeteria with a wide menu selection. People are generally kind and interested in how you are doing.

      The building is old and some of the processes are slow or outdated.
