      Nice company culture. People are generally very nice and welcome questions.

      Not much change. Work force is generally older.

      Pros

      Senior Management very friendly and approachable. Pay is pretty decent for the geographic area. Cost of living increase. Yearly bonus.

      Cons

      Older employees fabricate lies about newer, more productive employees. Insurance is terrible. Some Supervisors are seldom at work and try and manage from home. Attendance Policy is bad. Only one 10 minute break and 20 minute lunch provided in a 8 hour shift where the "Norm" anywhere else is two 10 minute breaks and a 20 minute lunch. Older employees are "stuck" in old ways and refuse to change and grow, and belittle newer employees when fresh, new ideas are brought to the table. All accountability is placed on hourly employees. Seems Bendix is more focused on quantity vs quality.

      Great leadership staff Lots of opportunities Cares about the community and gets involved Focuses both on technical as well as commercial opportunities

      Cons

      I can't really say anything negative regarding them. They were always good to me and my leaving was a personal and family choice. I would still be there otherwise.
