      Seriously? Nothing to be mentioned off..

      Cons

      1) Be ready to be a slave. You will have to do work of 2 people altogether. 2) You are expected to do anything.. Literally anything. 3) Caste oppression and discrimination . You heard that right. It happens in such a huge organisation and everyone acts cool as if none knows it. 4) Honestly, worst management. Zero planning and none knows what happens the next hour. 5) Expect delay in response. Be it your HR or your manager or your stakeholder or whoever it is in the organisation. 6) Micro management to a level unimaginable. 7) Check your Fixed and variable pay. Don't just see the overall compensation and join the organisation. Ask when will or will they ever pay you that variable pay.

      Most of my colleagues were nice people. That's about all I got.

      Cons

      Management haven't been taught how to manage, and when things go wrong, they're more interested in finding a direction to point their finger than getting things back on track. You constantly have to break company policy in order to get anything done. People get excited about "innovative" ideas that other companies have been doing for over a decade. People care more about doing things quickly, not doing things right.

      Good Benefits, nice office, latest tech equipment

      Cons

      Management is awful, no structure at all. If you want to work your butt off in a place where no speaks or takes lunch and enjoy being bullied and blamed by managers for their shortcomings, this is the job for you. Don’t bother raising any issues to senior management, they don’t care and will do nothing to help you. Everyone in Citi is convinced they will be the next CEO and will step on anyone to get there.
