I have joined Click 2.5 years ago and found a company that is growing, has an amazing momentum, a market leader, great technology, excellent and dedicated people to work with and plenty of opportunities to grow your career if you are willing to invest (in yourself), learn and adjust to high pace growing company

None to share. In general, the company has a high level of self-awareness and constantly taking actions to fix whatever require a fix

Overall, it’s a nice, friendly place to work in, with positive atmosphere. Compensation is reasonably good, and you won’t be expected to work too hard. Company is doing well.
Cons
Well, it’s quite mediocre. No state-of-the-art technologies, and no great talents to learn from and be inspired by. New managers in R&D department try to do good, but mostly miss. Some toxic people poison the organization.
