Pros

Can wear jeans to work everyday .

Cons

No advancement opprotunities it based on who is friends with the manager and no performance. I have worked at Concentrix for 3 years and gave been making the same rate for the past year it does not go any higher. New people are being hired making 50 cent less than me and I have been there 3 years . I have no been able to move up in the company as told in the interview. There is something called pay for performance which is suppose to be paid out at the end of the month and seems to never been on anyone's check and nobody in management knows why. Not flexible with schedule. Not able to take any off days after putting in notice 3 months prior. You are expected to work everyday and never take any time off for family vacations.

training, pay and "support" really stink!

Pros

working at home and not actually rubbing elbows with idiot staff.

Cons

training is too short and fast; human resources says one thing then they let the trainer do what s/he wants. subsidiary of intuit; had i known, i wouldn't have bothered to stay because intuit likes to play funny with people's money. payroll messed with my check, so i had to mess with them right back. my classmates and i had to continually complain about being ignored during nesting. tier 2 argues about taking phone calls, and i've had a few hang up on me. told team lead who said there was nothing she could do since she wasn't their manager (except blame new employees). really. $9.25 is not enough money to tolerate such b.s. quality assurance is a joke because they don't acknowledge if someone else steers you wrong. smh.

Pros

Il put this top so everyone sees it - it’s not a pro Employees are asked to write good reviews on here. Constantly. I do not believe a single good review on here is legit. Take that as you will

Cons

Where to start You won’t receive training for anything other than sales assistant and even then it’s extremely basic. If you move up through the “ranks” expect to just be left to your own devices but then ridiculed and threatened to be stepped down again if you do a bad job - you won’t get help when you ask so don’t waste your breath. If you tell them how stressed out you are and how worried for your health you are they will assume “your coming to them as a friend and not as your manager” and won’t do anything to help. “Mental health issues” are treated as fake and you will be laughed at. Managers tell other managers everything. They are not your friend. Remember that. PTO is the absolute bare minimum “Annual pay increase” is laughable - and don’t be expecting a good Xmas “bonus” Your expected to do more than your job description & seen as lazy and useless if you don’t I could keep going but I won’t.
