Pros

400£ relocation package No stress, no one cares about anything

Cons

No career opportunities (except you can become a manager and earn 40£ more p/w) No bonuses ( your salary will increase only when UK will increase their minimum hourly payment). If you want to become senior manager on someone above- you need to have proper surname and northern Irish accent (you know what I mean) Sick day = Absence, 0 tolerance to that They are not even pretending that you are not a tool but a person outdated PC, half of them do not work properly No one is cleaning desks from dust, air conditioning is awful (it is always either very cold or very hot)

Pros

Offers full time or part time

Cons

No room for advancement. All the Team leads and management are either close personal friends, romantically involved with each other or blood relatives. So unless you're sleeping with one of them or related, you never get promoted. No paid sick days. 10 days of holiday per year. 6 days in a year you can request to have your scheduled day off on a specific date. Even then they are likely to mess up the scheduling and it's somehow going to be your fault. There's supposed to be tuition reimbursement. That takes several months for them to process if they cannot find a loophole to deny it. There are no security guidelines. The company makes them up as they go along and you can get fired or reprimanded for that. The benefits are pretty poor. Have to pay for your own in the end. Poor management who don't communicate with each other. Depending on who you ask you get different answers for anything and everything. They add hours to the schedule at random without warning and you are supposed to know and be there by the telepathic link that informs you your schedule has been altered because that's all you do on your day off.
