      Pros

      It was good money. How far you go is up to you and what you're willing to put into the job. Paid vacation.

      Cons

      Poor management from the higher-ups. My first general manager was amazing and cared about his teams. When I switched shifts, it all changed. My second general manager was the sole reason I started to hate the job. Most of them make no effort to get to know their employees and see them only as seat-fillers.
