Great people and perks. decent benefits and bonus

Cons

Sadly dish is dying so its very hard to retain customers. The metrics are a little weird and you find yourself getting points taken in calls because words like "the" and "it" weren't read verbatim. It was high stress for the amount of hourly pay.
