Pros

Pay is ok. Free TV. Have to have 20 words but I don't have 20 good words.

Cons

The company changes policies randomly to benefit their fight against paying unemployment to people unfairly let go. They are about profits, not happy or good employees. Directors and managers play favorites

Pros

Job growth, great benefits, time off, good pay, great health benefits. Good job environment.

Cons

I really didn't see any downside working there. They have various shifts, accommodate school schedule, help with emergencies. Management is very supportive.

Pros

Improvements in the lobby area and bigger TV's in the call center. Free programming for employees.

Cons

The health issuance isn't the best, I had to fight to get coverage for my wife's wellness exams. Also, upper management seems more concerned with looking busy when corporate big-wigs show up as opposed to actually developing the current and future leaders in the call center.
