      - Open minded in a culture where the consultant is as important as the client. - Opportunity enough to keep your knowledge on point through the many training courses you can attend. - Management's door is always open and very approachable. - Everyone is respected for their knowledge and experience, no matter how young or old you may be. - very nice collegial atmosphere.
