      Pros

      I work for Devoteam G Cloud (the Google Cloud part of the company) and we have an amazing culture with very motivated and smart people. When you're at the office, laughing is not optional haha. We work hard but also throw amazing parties

      Cons

      Nothing / Devoteam is constantly growing and trying to adapt the benefits to fit people's needs. There is some pressure of course but it's never paralyzing, it stays fun and there is a lot of flexibility
