      Pros

      It used to be good few years back, until they starting making everyone redundant. They had really great Consultants on their side, but failed to realize their talent and opinions.

      Cons

      - Forget contractors, they will fire perm employees within seconds. You could loose your job even within a shot loo break. - Poor sales pipeline - Big disconnect from the actual Devoteam group - Lack of vision in top Leadership. Just firefighting budgets - All pomp, no show

      Work life balance is good and Pay Scale is not bad

      Cons

      No Long term plan from the Management for MuleSoft practice in the UK. They over-hired lot of efficient MuleSoft people from the market and made them all redundant citing lack of projects.

      London Bridge location within easy reach

      Cons

      Job security is jsut not there. The environment is hugely volatile. There's a lot of bullying and if you don't have thick skin and morally prostitute yourself, you won't make it here.
