Pros

This will most likely be a lengthy review because frankly I'm pissed off. Teletech is one of those companies that strives for amazing things...lol just kidding. I worked in the Paducah, KY office and I have to say that company is far from amazing, and very far from professional. The director Rachel is very polite, probably the only good thing about the place, she actually gets something done. But my first complaint is training...they say "If you're falling behind, we're here to help, and definitely won't put you on the phones until everyone is ready" wrong. My trainer was such an incompetent fool that not only myself, but two other employees were having issues with TMG's RX claims (most of you probably won't know what that is) told my trainer and literally all he kept telling me to do was refresh my screen....such an IT expert. Eventually, I figured out my issue and corrected it myself. Secondly, they messed up my pay. We are supposed to get paid every other Thursday, everyone but me I guess! My direct deposit was 7 days late. Called my bank, they couldn't see anything. Teletech literally LOST my money. Tried to tell my trainer, nothing, nada. I could practically see the drool fall from this guys bottom lip. I got my money and I left. I was so beyond done with this company. Months go by and my family is unfortunately facing hardship and I need a better paying job. By word of mouth I find out that this trainer was let go, and of course Teletech would hire a monkey if it could talk and type. So I try to go back. TA tells me they need permission from TMG to hire me. No problem, understandable. I waited. Got a call the next morning that said I was cleared to come in. People...i f'n get there and they say i'm unable to be rehired. Huh to the what? So, I left. Pissed off, and very annoyed that I wasted gas and precious time. So if you're in Paducah, don't curse yourself and your unborn children with this company. Work at Taco Bell, because I would make Tacos before I'd take orders from such a joke of a company. -Janet
