Pros

People are usually friendly

Cons

Their OS. Which they are running windows 7 and on a windows 10, there's constantly problems. Such as their programs and phone systems freezing up. Always have to call tech support and get a ticket number for any time missed doe to their system not working right half the time, which by the way, you don't get paid for. On several occasions I'd be working and noticed that the their employee time system showed I was absent! How can you be absent when you clock in and are on the phone taking calls? When you tell someone about it, it never gets fixed so again no pay for working. Too many issues for only $8.50 an hour with no raises. They offer company perks, yet half the time it doesn't work cause of internet explorer which is what they want you to use. Also for example if your internet provider is working on getting the line fixed due to workers accidentally cutting the line and you have no internet, be prepared to be written up for it even though it was no fault of your own.

Thank you for your review. We apologize that your experience with TeleTech didn't match our reputation as a great company to work at. We acknowledge that the work at home system needs some improvement and we're on it. It will be very challenging for the company to offer a full benefit package to seasonal employees but we will certainly take a look on how else we can improve the pay and incentives for non-full time employees. Thank you once again for the feedback and we wish you well in your future endeavors.
