Pros

Its a job that gives you a check.

Cons

They do NOT work with your schedule. They do NOT care about employees who give their all. They do NOT keep promises or discussed and agreed to situation then blame it on the client. They work on quantity not quality employees and theyd ratjer let you go than work with a schedule. People should not have to chiose between their job and being able to get home at night because they wont adjust schedules for bus riders. The pay is low and drama is high at all times. They do not professionally handle huge illegal issues or drug test to avoid said issues. And i know because i was not tested in anyway for drugs or ability. The client should be wary of who they choose to represent them.
