Pros

You can get a free fitbit after your benefits start. They have concerts at lunch time every Friday in the summer. The company is trying to make employees happy, and they send out lots of surveys to gauge the employee happiness.

Cons

They talk a lot about work/life balance, but it doesn't actually exist. I was expected to do the work of 2 1/2 people while my boss refused to hire contract help and was constantly asking why the work wasn't done. I worked in a very hostile environment and would not recommend my worst enemy to take a position in the tax department. There was very high turnover in other departments, my first month there I heard about 4 or 5 people who had given notice and were leaving. The company has a poor reputation and they struggle to get applicants with decent experience to hire.
