Pros

work from home, above average pay rat, 1 hour lunch

Cons

The system for our client is concealed until you go live due to the company not wanting to expose very sensitive customer information and we were unable to see it until we went live. Having to place customers on hold due to having no clue how to navigate the system and getting very little if any support in a timely manner in order to assist the customer. Was told we would go through our calls together in class but the instructor got sick and was not there. The substitute instructor would not listen to our calls to walk us through how to navigate the system and basically said we would get over it and learn as we are on the call. Not my idea of professionalism or setting new hires up for success. Hopefully, by now training has improved but if you don't want to be thrown to the wolves with no support or compassion from the instructors...I wouldn't waste my time.

Pros

Remote work Some insurance benefits Reasonable Pay

Cons

- Lack of transparency in regards to pay, benefits, drug tests, etc... - Extremely high pressure work environment - Extensive micromanagement - Poor relationship with clients leading to poor communication between leadership and agents on the production floor - Questionable Treatment of new agents - Very little flexibility in regards to time off, VTO, and PTO - Leadership extremely limited in ability to affect change and improve conditions (Corrective Actions borderline unavoidable if one has health issues) - Tenure takes precedent over performance leading to ethically questionable leadership and poor communication
