Pros

. Good Benefits . Tuition Assistance . Better pay than most places. $12/hour forc center consultant + commision of certain products each month. . 20% discount on your phone bill . 60% of shipping through FedEx . .

Cons

. Management can care less if you do not take your break . You deal with a lot of cooperate clientele/ business people & one always thinks they are more important than the other. . Yes some stores are open 24/7 and the company prides itself on being "Open" for your convenience yet they do not have the appropriate staffing. . Procedures are constantly changing and not for the better. Usually updates are slow or malfunctioning yet they are suppose to be an "improvement" . If you are new don't expect to shadow someone and show you the ropes. You basically learn as you go. Expect to do a lot of online training. . GOOD LUCK :) .

Pros

- Location(s) - upward mobility, - Managers that actually care a rarity! - Great friendship(s) with coworker(s) even after they are fired! - part of your education is paid for if it is useful to the company. - health insurance especially dental and vision I have been told by these businesses that i have/had the best insurance they have seen.

Cons

-Team members and Managers with better than thou complexes, not good if you work in a retail location where you can't avoid him/her. -the pay, you have to move up and take more responsibility if you want more pay gone are the days you can be an assistant manager and make 35k to 50K ( which included profit sharing ), which in and of itself is not bad unless your job revolves around you then management has issues. -( Warning ) if you are an African American male your chances of moving up will be challenging it will be easier if you have someone on your side, build strong contacts with customers and management if possible also be visible, because African american males tend to be erased sooner than later if they are stagnant on the retail level (front lines) or people have issues with them.
