Pros

Generally nice people to along side on the front lines. The company has a generous PTO policy if you survive beyond three years. Nice place to gain professional experience.

Cons

FADV is owned by an equity company intent on selling FADV in a couple of years. This means they are only interested in squeezing whatever money they can from FADV. Managers and VPs are only interested in preserving themselves as company continues to layoff front line employees. Management consistently sets employees up to fail with unreasonable goals or botched forecasts, then lays off the front line employees when their own botched numbers are missed. Company is over staffed with VPs and understaffed on the front line. Tread carefully if you are working here or considering it.
