Competitive pay with great benefits, flexible schedules, work from home opportunities in most cases, Managers are willing to actually roll up their sleeves and help resolve issues unlike some previous companies i've worked for, business is always growing so there are some opportunities for advancing your career as well. Chris Shyrock (Director), Daniel Jones (Senior Manager/Director) and last but DEFINITELY not least Renee Martin (VP) makes sure our department operates effectively from a business, consumer and most important to me THE EMPLOYEE standpoint. Positive vibes only with this company from my viewpoint.

Cons

Parking is horrible at times, traffic is not the best in that area in general.

Pros

Reading through many other reviews I noticed that many of things mentioned as areas that are lacking are very actively being worked on now in a massive effort to create a more employee-centric environment and company. For all the criticism leadership has received they have continued to push forward and show that employees are being heard and action being taken while staying focused on building the business.

Cons

There is a very reactionary approach to fixing things, I do believe this will change over time but it's still frequent.
