Pros

The room for growth seems legit. Stay ingaged and show your enthusiasm and eagerness to learn and you will be noticed.

Cons

System navigation is sometimes hard to overcome. More hands on exercise would be a good addition. Maybe call up trainees after a lesson to run what was just discussed.

The only good thing I can say about this company is my co-workers and my team leader.

Cons

The pay ($10.00 an hour) call and the benefits suck. Management is always trying to find ways to increase volume so they can suck up to the client.
