Reward and recognition are more than just buzzwords to us. We are sorry to hear that your experience with Firstsource has not been a good one. We are proud that the vast majority of our employees (in all areas of business and those who work with our concession partners) enjoy a happy and fulfilling career with us. That said, as hard as we try to get it right all of the time, there will be times we fall short. Last year we launched the mental health toolkit which enables our colleagues to have the support and guidance from managers in real time. This is testament to the brilliant work of our team, demonstrating that our people are at the heart of what we do for clients.
