      i was enjoyed to work with fsl but hr team is not hats much supportive.. in my experience letter they put attration date that date is distroy my whole career... very worst poilcy who made..

      Friendly co workers with many of connections with all types.

      Cons

      Benefits are horrible, chance to further your career is minimal, would only use this company to get experience of being in a call center environment.

      Pros

      customer service experience Depending on the contract, there is the ability to learn more about insurance coverage. Good place to start out with little to no former work experience

      Cons

      Most of the managers aren't focused on helping out their CSRs - there were only 1 or 2 supervisors that were genuinely helpful.
