The organization offers great opportunities at all levels, with a highly supportive work environment. The HR team is outstanding, always quick to respond and highly supportive in addressing people’s concerns and issues. Within just 9 months, I was honored to receive the ‘Best Supervisor’ and ‘Best Retention Amplifier’ awards, along with recognition from the entire FSL team and our client. Firstsource is truly an organization that fosters growth, provides immense support from all stakeholders, and nurtures a positive work culture. Politics, HR asks to extend the notice period to employees and if they don’t continue they are threatened that they will be absconded
