It is a pleasure working with the great company like firstource solutions Ltd which has groomed me right from an advisory level to a management level and looking for more growth opportunities. Management is very supportive and have always stood in my high and lows. Have groomed many of my team members.

Cons

Should consider salary package as per market standards. Also should workout some good plans for earning maximum incentive and perks.
