FSL makes a "best" job for work-life balance, including flexible work shift/arrangements, company culture and the nature depending on client and employee stand points, work from home facilities and best work environment at office!

Cons

at some point work culture for work from home team left aside which brings low employee engagement & morale, as well as higher rates of absenteeism & presenteeism

I have started in this role roughly a month ago and I am happy with the level of performance my team is delivering. The role has allowed me to interact more with stakeholders and get a deeper understanding of business dynamics. Being into the role allowed to get in-depth information around different campaign which I had limited information about in my previous role.

Cons

There are no cons in the role as such.
