Pros

The only good thing is that you are getting salary on time.

Cons

Huge list, keeping it short 1. Even if you work properly , you will not be appreciated unless you are oiling team leads or managers 2. There is HR department, but policies are not maintained at all. Even same Policies are implemented differently for different employees and solely depends upon with your repo with managers / TL. 3. Forget about Indian holidays , even when you ask for paid leave you will not be given long leaves unless, well you already know what it is. 4. They will make you to take LOP ( loss of pay) for every silly reason if you take leave for any emergency, sometimes if you are seriously ill and forget to inform them. 5. Most of all, they will make you to come to office during covid time even when there are cases found in office in close proximity.

All of our policies are implemented in an impartial and unbiased manner, and the processes are tightly governed. Regarding leaves, all employees get fixed holidays in a year and are also entitled to avail leaves basis their working pattern which is mutually convenient to them and the business.
