Free Healthcare (which was exclusively for managers for years to start with)

Cons

Management, staff training is non existing, long hours, under appreciated for what you do, forced into sales when its not part of your job.

good work environment. coffee machine microwave this and that

bad salary package. I was getting in hand approximately 11.5k after cab deduction. which is way less when you are migrated to a city and has to cover your food and accommodation charges.
