Pros

Good for beginners and Sr people who does not expect much than their salary. Decent cafeteria and food at affordable price. Some process are good while some are managed poorly.

Cons

Cant expect anything other than work, no benefits apart from sal. Very stingy management that does not allocate any funds for recreational activities like team lunch, outing and not even an annual party unless sponsored by client.Must pay for transport also.

Pros

I have worked for the company for a few years now and have really enjoyed my time working here. There are lots of opportunities to grow within the company and lots of incentive schemes.

Cons

Some team members have a negative attitude and this is unhelpful when doing a long shift. However, this is often the case in most working environments.

Stability and a reputed organization to work with. It's very strong in compliances. Cares for old employees.

Cons

have been working at Jardine Lloyd full-time (More than a year) Pros Stability and a reputed organization to work with. It's very strong in compliances. Cares for old employees. Cons A little exposure for support staff. Their work is recognized rarely. Top management is good but middle management needs to more matured.
