Poor management, lack of communication and understanding on higher levels which reflects extremely negative in project work output

Great Company to work for, the people are the main reason I work here.

Cons

Not enough ethnic diversity, needs more faces of Gensler that reflect different ethnic back grounds.

Pros

Good people and good projects. Good resources. Opportunities to grow for those who demand it.

Cons

You need to be an extrovert to succeed here. Hard work is not going to get you very far. You need to self promote and have someone senior (preferably a principal) looking out for you. Small bonuses- seem to be unrelated to performance.
