Nice people. Seems to be room for advancement. At least in my studio, little micromanagement, which is nice. Until this return to office mandate, I really felt excited about the flexibility to complete my work in the manner that was best for me and my team.

Cons

This review would’ve been four or maybe even five stars if it was not for the recent return to office mandate strong arming team members to be in the office four days a week. Very hypocritical to everything the company says about work/life balance. Plus they want you to tell HR if you can’t be in the office so your case can be “reviewed,” which is problematic on so many levels. Too many cooks in the kitchen on many projects as well.
