Benefits are good and the culture can be hit or miss but mostly hit.

Cons

They have lost their way about what the company is about. Focused more on other things like what is the latest trend in popular culture and trending in the media. Get back to great design and hiring great talent. You'll have to put in lots of time to get heard or seen.

Great project, talented people. Great office.

Cons

Pretend to be inclusive but they are white male dominant company. Management pretend to listen to employees. Studio Directors are awkward in communication. Only friendly to their favourites.
