Mandatory RTO and no hybrid options for staff. We are not practicing what we preach to our clients. Our world has changed and Gensler needs to realize staff want flexibility. Will loose talent over it. Only people we are favorited by leadership get promoted, no room for advancement. The current leadership and attitude seems to have changed and is going down hill.

Management can be micromanagers and favoritism is a very common factor throughout the office.
