Cons

Not available to help you during training. Trains you for a week and throws you to the sharks. No accountability, quick to throw people under the bus to save their own behinds.

Lack of understanding about the nature of strategic vs tactical projects made it difficult to make much headway on existing projects because there was a constant demand for new features, coupled with the usual surfacing of bugs and regression errors. Egos within a politically biased management structure (the company had 2 CEOs, down from 3) left software engineering staff confused about who was in charge.

No support as far as training . If someone doesn’t like you they will get rid of you .
