Pros

Learn alot about customer service, amazing co-workers

Cons

No employee morale, atleast not at the answering service. Strict about attendance even when sick with a doctors note, don't think about being late. Managers think they are above everyone.

Pros

Paid weekly and clean work space

Cons

Two 15 minute breaks NO LUNCH, 5 microwaves for 100s of employees, management walk through every morning without speaking or saying anything. They will walk pass you as if you are a ghost where supervisors walk there aisles and speak to all reps every morning.

Theres always room to advance.

Cons

The company is not making the revenue it use to. They have a high turn over rate. There's been a lot of changes in operations.
