      Pros

      Best thing in Globant is the working mood, you have lots of people willing to do their best and to be collaborative. Another good point: there is a lot of room for career opportunities. Good place to learning technology and to work with challenging customers.

      Cons

      Big company, you have to deep dive into the bureaucracy. Salaries are not the best in the market. Need to use english to grow in your career.

      Pros

      You can get to work with a lot of different technology which will boost your knowledge. The salary is not that bad and the company has good benefits. You can work from your own house or in the office. I think it is a really good place for starters.

      Cons

      Growing in the company is an issue. Many times it doesn't really depends on how good you are but who you know. Most of the time manager evaluations are far from the reality and tend to help friends. Nowadays other companies are starting to offer salaries a lot higher than Globant. If you are a starter it may be good because of the knowledge you can aquire, but you eventually wiill leave the company because the salary will not adjust much.
