Pretty Tolerable for Retail

Pros

good with scheduling, decent management, come in on time and get your work done, and they'll pretty much leave you alone, you definitively get one weekend off a month. Really lax on callouts and policies.

Cons

Seriously understaffed. Lots of department floating. Can only give 25 hours or 40, no in between. No one wants to run racks of clothing to the floor, yet you run out of racks if they don't get run, the management probably won't tell anyone to run them.

The company is financially stable and hasn't laid anybody off. The culture of the company is friendly but you do have to be productive.

Cons

The pay is a bit on the low side. The work is strenuous. There is a high turnover rate.

Pros

Their management is very friendly and they really communicate with the co-workers in a nice manner to get work done. Production got alot of hours and you dont have to be face to face with the customers if you dont want to be.Production has alot of parts to work on (pallet jack, bins, tipper) You never get bored.

Cons

It gets stressful, its hard on your body work and the likeness of someone under 25 staying around is slim. The workers who have worked their for years aren't pleasant to the new workers.
