Pros

The experience gained, coworkers, and PTO time were all great. These things made it difficult to leave the job.

Cons

Senior leadership in workforce development is bad and makes the culture awful to be in. There is no sense of direction, things change day after day, and you are essentially walking on eggshells every day. Everything is a numbers game. There is very little work life balance. Employees are not valued by senior leadership. All in all, the biggest problem was the leadership, or disorganized dictatorship, in workforce development.
