Literally none - I couldn't say a good word about them. Even the office is rubbish

Cons

Terrible at employee management, poor pay, unfair dismissal then try to sue you for pay you were legally entitled to, ship you off to a client on your own then ignore you for months on end, confirmed my end date with my client and not with me

As a mother, I need to look at a place with REAL work life balance.

Pros

Steady work. Pay on time. Willing to train you, but only around your current job. Great place to work if you have no outside life.

Cons

Not a good place for mothers of small children. Engagement managers shame you when school calls to pick up sick kid or you take time off for similar reasons. Plan your schedule around 10hr work days to meet utilization. I feel I can never take a day off to recharge my batteries!!!
