As a company, it good. Lots of benefits given to employees. Work life balance.

Cons

Management uses workstreams as a tactic to prepare for “the next level,” even though they are not part of anyone’s KPIs. When you lead a workstream, you essentially take on the role of an EVENT ORGANIZER, and if the output looks good, you’re rewarded with a promotion—regardless of whether your actual work performance matters. What makes it even more unfair is that promotions are still given to individuals who have been suspended or had their integrity questioned, as long as they maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and are assigned responsibilities covering multiple regions.

Disciplinary actions are held seriously, but they are not held against an individual permanently – employees can grow and demonstrate improvement. In case of good manager, you can swallow bitter pills easier. Good people to work with 13th and 14th salary

Cons

No real promotion, just more work and so called "On-Top roles" with combined inflation and promotion increase a.k.a. 2 in 1 Transparency in process of your development/ any controversal decision of your superior or in hiring process is unreal, it does not exist. Communication is a key while you hold the idea in your pocket, but once you speak up... you will see the rodeo from the bull back.

Good set of trainings available.

Cons

Toxic culture. If you’re from a diverse background you’d be sidelined. Leadership would throw you under the bus for their failures. Zero work life balance. HR is only there for LinkedIn promotions and personal gains.
