      Pros

      very diverse working place and people generally very dynamic and not boring generally pleasant co-workers and team setup lgbt+ friendly generally pleasant work culture, environment and surroundings

      Cons

      constant staffing shortage management using gaslighting or talking over you often persisting problems over years ignored and addressed over and over very demeaning intercompany culture, also between different teams max possible to become senior, not clear or transparent for criteria to advance ignoring inflation expecting a lot from you but very little accountability in return burdening managers with menial and administrative tasks

      Pros

      Since Henkel came in, not much unless you are okay with cold, awful people that don't care about work ethic or results and only care about headcount and budgets. If you are a crappy employee, just make sure they don't pay you too much and they'll keep you.

      Cons

      Everything! You are just a number to a large, global money hungry company. Work hard, get promoted because you work hard and prove your worth and then get laid off over the person who does nothing because you make more than them.
