Our company culture has nosedived. We are not who we say we are. The propaganda being pushed out by leadership is not who this company really is. Actions will always speak louder than words. The money is also mediocre at best. If you aren’t hitting bonus you won’t be able to afford life. Promotion to a different role isn’t possible usually unless willing to move.

-Declining company culture -Inflexibility (salaries, remote work, 2 year hold on role hold) -Low salaries Results: People second to rigid company policies leading to loss of high performing talent. This leads to a company impression of “Hilti doesn’t need you, you need Hilti” which has been proven false by the voluntary turn over in 80% of sales leadership in the Plano area alone within the last year amongst the loss of many 10+ year experienced, high performing sales personnel throughout HNA.
