Cons

Difficult to obtain full bonus. Bonus potential is lower than the amount managers.

Great benefits Individual teams work well together. Work/life balance is respected. Telework options

Cons

Cross teamwork is not functional Too easy to promote - there are some team leads who should not be in that position. The culture has changed a lot since the new CEO. Locking people in a spot spot for 2 years before promotion hurts.
