Honeywell provides regularly scheduled reviews, which help you know where you are standing within your department, and how you can improve. While I mention it as a downside as well, due to Honeywell's size, there are many, many opportunities for advancements and career path changes. You have the opportunity to do pretty much any job role you want, if you work hard enough.
