Only have to see management a few times a year.

Cons

Very low pay. No time for family or personal life. Always on the road and nothing is ever good enough. They never acknowledge good work. Zero chance to move up. Very unstable work environment. Your job is always on the line. Almost impossible to take vacation. I would have another job if I had time to apply for one.
