Pros

Insurance and PTO, 401k but there are other companies in Winston-Salem and surrounding areas that offer more benefits, better insurance and just as many vacation days.

Cons

Inmar's Great teams aka HR encourage the employees to come to them on management issues. They will be condescending to you and what actually happens you become a target for your manager or supervisor. You will have to cross your T's and dot your 'I 's with zero errors. (Unless you are a close friend to them then you have a different set of rules.

Pros

Nice co-workers that try to help each other

Cons

I have noticed one undeniable fact at Inmar. There is a BIG lack of diversity. The longer I have worked here and worked with other groups, I am continue to be amazed by it. There are no African Americans on leadership team. There are also very few other minorities/ethnicities present in leadership roles. No African American executives in the legal, client services, technical services or other areas. Until recently, there was not ONE African American Salesperson! There are no African American females in executive role. In a company this large, I was shocked. This is not a rant, but if you come to this company, you should be aware of this culture and environment.

Pros

Co-worker are the only value that Inmar has going for them.

Cons

This company "fudge" the survey to be one of the triads top employers. The laid off close to 200 people in which they promised Bev Perdue to keep jobs in Winston Salem. They had no true intentions of leaving NC because they never told the employees. They told us they wanted us all in the same building. Now they will hire 200 of their friend children for those position. Inmar is notorious for layoffs. The first wave of people were "fired" because their job was no longer needed. The next 120 or more were laid off and had to sign a agreement not to disclose they were laid off. This company has a bunch of corporate crook who are exploiting loyal employees.
