      Pros

      Really good environment and benefits. I have made a lot of friends here at Inmar and that helps make work fun. We are really excited about the move to the new building. Lots of stuff is going in the right direction.

      Cons

      Some of our older IT systems still have some problems, but is it getting SO much better. Would like more choices for lunch nearby.

      Pros

      Inmar has by far exceeded my expectations for a workplace in multiple ways. Creativity and having a voice are truly valued and encouraged on a regular basis. The pay is competitive. Manager feedback is readily available and constantly shared. Flexibility, individualism, and straightforwardness are only a few of the numerous benefits enjoyed in a career with Inmar.

      Cons

      The only downside to working at Inmar is that we have not moved to the new downtown location yet!

      Pros

      Great, casual work environment. Management supports sales efforts. No issues with micro-managing.

      Cons

      Some times it feels like a start up company, in the sence that a formal process may feel like it is the first time it has been done.
